I would like to come and use your sauna and steam rooms. Do I need to bring a robe or towel?
Yes you will need bring your own towels and robes. |

When can I get my ice skating boots sharpened?
We sharpen ice skating boots every session but sometimes the regrind machine does encounter problems. Please call a head of your visit to confirm the boots will be sharpened. |

Can I reserve my tickets and pay for them later?
Unfortunately we do not allow customers to reserve tickets for any events. |

I have lost my tickets, what should I do?
If you have misplaced your tickets, you should contact us ASAP. We will do whatever we can to help, however you should be aware that it is not always possible for tickets to be duplicated. Generally, most seated tickets can be reissued but unfortunately 'General Adminission' Unreserved or standing tickets can not. |
