What is our Fitness Suite like?

Whatever your reason for joining, whether it be to lose weight, shape up or get fitter, our Fitness Suite is equipped with the latest machines to help you achieve your goals.

Our air conditioned Fitness Suite has been fully refitted with the latest range of Cardiovascular (CV) and Resistance equipment to help you improve your fitness.

The CV and Resistance machines have been chosen because they are easy to use, reliable and flexible enough to adapt to all levels of fitness. In addition each piece of CV has its own TV with a choice of channels to choose from.

Our Fitness Suite is small enough to feel friendly but with a generous amount of work stations is large enough to avoid lengthy queues.

You will find that our users vary greatly in age, size, and levels of fitness.

Our Fitness Suite is staffed by fully qualified instructors who are happy to answer any questions - if you ever need assistance, please ask, they will be happy to help.
