Feedback

Feedback is very important to the operation of Doncaster Culture & Leisure Trust. We operate an ethos of All feedback is good feedback, and therefore value any feedback which our customers may wish to provide about any aspect of their visit to one of our venues.

There are a number of ways in which you can provide feedback.

In Person
All of our staff members are happy to receive your feedback. All verbal comments are recorded and monitored on a daily basis. If you have an issue with any aspect of your visit, our staff will do their utmost to rectify the matter straight away. If they are unable to do so, they will arrange for another member of staff who will be able to assist you further

Comment Form
DCLT comment forms are available at points around each venue. If you are unable to locate one, please ask at reception and they will be happy to provide one for you. In addition to your comments and feedback, the customer comment form also offers our customers the opportunity to nominate a member of staff for our Employee of the Month scheme.

Get Involved We are always interested to here your comments about your visit to any of our venues, however if you would like  to shape the service we offer you and our other customers more directly, then why not get involved in our Talkback  Sessions or Customer Focus Groups.
