Aqua Tone
Low impact exercises with choreographed movements in shallow water. Improves core strength, flexibility and tones specific muscle groups.
 

Body Blaster
A low impact high energy class incorporating choreographed movement in shallow water. Improves core strength, flexibility and tones specific muscle groups.

Body Tone
An all over body workout which Conditions and Tones.

Body Combat 
A highly energetic mixed martial arts type class. It will improve your fitness without the contact.

Boxercise
A great full body workout which helps to improve co-ordination.

Cardiac Rehab
Low impact circuit class with a mix of cardiovascular and weight bearing exercises. Carried out by our highly qualified cardiac instructor.

Core Stability
Designed to work the core muscles within the body. It's a great way to exercise and improve strength, fitness and core stability.

Fit Ball
An energetic full body workout using a fit ball.

Legs, Bums &Tum
Focusing upon those problem areas, this class consists mainly of Step Aerobics with floor work to finish.

Kettlercise
This will work muscles you never knew you had! A high impact class using the new kettle bell design which will leave you aching for more.

Spinnercise / Abs
This fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling workout will leave you on a high and wanting more. It burns fat and eats up calories. Followed by 20 minutes of work on strengthening and toning the stomach muscles.

Ultimate Pump
A high impact class. Using the bar bells you can set the weight to suit your needs.

Zumba
Inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba music paired pulsating Latin rhythms & red-hot international dance steps, Zumba Fitness is a fantastic way to get fit whilst having fun!!
